Dr Scott Demanes (Doc) was born and raised in Peoria, IL. He graduated from Woodruff High School and obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois.
Doc opened Demanes Animal Hospital in 1992 and has felt privileged to provide exceptional veterinary care to numerous pets in central Illinois. He has extended his home to various critters including skunks, foxes, snakes, two sons, a daughter, many dogs, a cat, birds, and an occasional raccoon. Doc enjoys being outdoors, bird watching, hiking, fishing, and eating granola when given free time.
